About the Club

Hello!

We are a friendly group of people who meet once a month in central Bath to discuss a chosen book over a drink - we are meeting at The Hop Pole this month, so hopefully this will become our regular venue. Keep an eye on the page for details.

We are quite a large group at present, so cannot currently accept new members, however there is always opportunity to post your views on our Facebook page, should you be unable to attend the meetings

Books

Each month you're welcome to nominate any book you fancy reading and we can decide there and then, or use the forum, facebook or twitter page to discuss and decide. Books we've read in the last few months have included The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet by David Mitchell, The Great Gatsby by F Scott Fitzgerald and The Complaints by Ian Rankin.

April Meeting: ***MEETING VENUE CHANGED***

The book we're reading for the April meeting is "Little Dorrit" by Charles Dickens. The meeting will take place at The Hop Pole on Wednesday April 25th - at 7:30pm
